Terms & Conditions

These standard terms and conditions apply to online purchases of products/goods from our online shopping platform and prevail over any terms and conditions of purchase, unless we formally and expressly provide otherwise. Therefore, the act of placing an order implies that the purchaser fully and unconditionally agrees to these terms and conditions of sale, excluding any other documents, such as flyers, catalogues, and technical and advertising documentation issued by the vendor, which are not of a contractual nature and therefore cannot be considered to be a firm offer. No special conditions may prevail over the standard terms and conditions of sale, unless formally accepted by the vendor in writing. Therefore, any contrary terms and conditions stipulated by the purchaser shall not be binding on the vendor, regardless of the point at which they may have been brought to the latter's attention, unless expressly agreed to.

Goods, pricing, availability 

As an official distributor / importer of all the brands we represent, SwissTime is offering ONLY 100% AUTHENTIC PRODUCTS covered by the FULL manufacturer's WARRANTY. We make every efford to offer the latest models and collection lines of our respected partners.

We price most of the products following the recommendations of the manufacturers. However, in some cases serious discounts may apply, depending on variety of factors. We strongly advise that you request a special personal quote for regularly priced items (not the ones with already reduced prices) - it's very likely that we can offer you the "best deal you can find" for your desired model.

Most of the products on the website are available in our own stock while others are available with a central distribution stock. This is to say that practically every product is deliverable to your address within 2-10 business days, depending on location and carrier. In case a product is out of stock, requires a special order with the manufacturer or is temporary out of production, you will be duely informed about the delivery time or offered a mutually agreed solution - replacement, refund etc.    

Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that the information contained on this website is accurate and up to date, SwissTime.co will not be held liable for any errors, omissions or price changes. In the event that we are out of stock of an item we will contact you to advise you of the lead time or offer you a suitable alternative product.


Euro (EUR) is the official currency of SwissTime.co. Please use our online currency converter to automatically recalculate all prices in this website to other desired currency. Curency rates are constantly updated online.  

Title of goods

Title of goods does not pass to the purchaser until such time as the goods are paid for in full.

Delivery / Shipping terms

FCA (Incoterms 2022). The risk of loss or damage to the goods occurring after handing over to the (first) carrier is transferred from the seller to the buyer. By placing the order the buyer agrees* to that unconditionally. In case of loss or damage of goods the seller shall provide full support to the buyer by claims & compensations processing.

*Buyer attempts to avoid bearing the transportation risk by using inappropriately the buyer protection tools of payment agencies (like PayPal, Apple Pay, credit card operators etc.) will constitute a breach of this agreement with the corresponding legal consequences.

Privacy statement

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you to process orders and to provide a more personalised shopping experience. We may also use it to tell you about changes in our services or about special offers we think you'll find valuable. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to third parties.  We are a registered personal data administrator with the CPDP under the number 1298365/11.10.2010 


If you are not entirely satisfied for any reason whatsoever with your decision to purchase a watch you may request a full refund within 14 days of receipt of your purchase. We will gladly refund your transaction in full to the original credit card used at the time of purchase. The only conditions of this policy is that the item is undamaged and has not been opened or used and the item is returned to our store address at your cost.

Goods must be received by us in the condition they left us - in the original packaging, unopened and unused. Initial delivery (shipping) costs or any specially arranged services for which a charge has been made will not be refunded. Refunds will be made within 7 business days of the arrival of the product into our store, unless expert's condition check is required. Custom made and personalized items are not eligible for return.  


The international warranty covers material and manufacturing defects existing at the time of delivery of the purchased item ("defects"). The warranty only comes into force if the warranty certificate is dated, fully and correctly completed and stamped by an official dealer of the brand in question ("valid warranty certificate").

During the warranty period and by presenting the valid warranty certificate, you will have the right to have any defect repaired free of charge. In the event that repairs are improper to restore the normal conditions of use of your item, in most cases the manufacturer would guarantees its replacement by an item of identical or similar characteristics. 


- the life of the battery

- normal wear and tear and aging (e.g. scratched crystal; alteration of the colour and/or material of non metallic straps and chains, such as leather, textile, rubber; peeling of the plating); 

- any damage on any part of the item resulting from abnormal/abusive use, lack of care, negligence, accidents (knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystal, etc.), incorrect use of the item and non-observance of the use directions provided by the manufacturer;

- indirect or consequential damages of any kind resulting from e.g. the use, the non-functioning, the defects or the inaccuracy of the item;

- the item handled by unauthorised persons (e.g. for battery replacement, services or repairs) or which has been altered in its original condition beyond manufacturer's control:

- the cost of transportation to and from the authorized service center

SwissTime.co does not carry additional seller's warranty independent of the manufacturer's warranty. SwissTime.co is not responsible for any costs of transportation or other related costs (customs, taxes etc.) for repairs, parts, replacements etc. under the international manufacturer's warranty. 

Any claim for damages additional to the above described warranty is expressly excluded, except mandatory statutory rights the purchaser may have against the manufacturer.


We endeavour to keep product information as up to date as possible. However, specifications are liable to change without notice. Product photographs are intended to illustrate the particular model as best they can. While every effort is made to provide accurate and up to date information we can not be held responsible for any errors or omission on our website.

We endeavour to ensure that all pricing information on the Website is accurate, rarely an error may occur and goods may be mispriced. If a pricing error is discovered or an order is placed at the erroneous price we will, at our discretion, either: contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your order or continue with the order at the correct price; or notify you that we have cancelled your order. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.

All orders made by you through the Website are subject to acceptance by us. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason and will not be liable to you or to anyone else in those circumstances.

After submitting an order to us we will send you an order acknowledgement email with your order number and details of the goods that you have ordered. Please note this email is an acknowledgement and is not an acceptance of your order.

Any email or other electronic acknowledgement by us of receipt of an order placed by you does not constitute legal acceptance by us of your order.

Limitation of Liability

We will not be held responsible for any injury, accidents or damage to property which might occur in the use or misuse of our products.
